FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What happens if my teen doesn’t participate, can I cancel?
This is a coaching program and that means that your child will need to show up and do the work to get a result. If they’re not ready right now, that’s ok, we’ll be here when they are. Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. We don’t offer refunds but you will no longer be billed for the following periods.
How much time does my teenager or young adult need to have available weekly to complete this?
Coaching Sessions are on Wednesday’s at 7pm EST 3 times a month and last 90 minutes. Outside of the sessions there will be some “LifeWork” that they must complete to successfully complete the program which should take another 30 minutes per week.
They can also play catch up on the off week where there is no coaching session.
Let’s get real here, if your teen doesn’t have 2 hours per week to focus on their future we’ve got a bigger problem. :)
What if my child needs some extra one on one support?
If your child needs extra one on one support we offer 2 each 60 minute session package for $500. You can email us to set this up at anytime at support@volitionacademy.com.
Will I receive any updates on progress throughout the program?
We can not share what they are doing in the program specifically as this is confidential as defined under the coaching agreement.
We monitor attendance as well as review work in the HEROES Hub periodically. If we see that your child is not participating, we will first make the attempt to reach out to them directly before involving you. They need to take ownership and this helps. If they are unresponsive or we see no progress, you will be notified.
